• Monday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
• Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM CST
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
• Thursday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM CST

We are hiring a Marketing Virtual Assistant to support a growing health and wellness business. This person will help with social media management, Canva graphic design, content planning, email marketing, analytics, and Amazon-related marketing support.

The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, organized, and strong in critical thinking. This role is best for someone who can take ownership of tasks, work independently, and help improve marketing workflows over time.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule social media content
• Create graphics in Canva
• Support content planning and campaigns
• Assist with email marketing
• Track analytics and performance
• Support Amazon and e-commerce marketing tasks
• Organize SOPs and internal workflows

Requirements:

• Social media experience
• Canva skills
• Email marketing experience
• Strong written English
• Strong critical thinking
• Organized and proactive
• Able to work independently

Preferred:

• Health or wellness industry experience
• Amazon or e-commerce experience
• Familiarity with Flodesk, ManyChat, and Loom
• HIPAA awareness

Pay:

• $10.00 to $12.00 per hour
