Location: Remote

Job Overview

We are hiring multiple Recruiter Virtual Assistants to support a high-volume recruiting project for Security Guard positions.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable making calls, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing a large applicant pipeline.

Our client hires hundreds of candidates every month, so we need recruiters who can move fast, stay organized, and communicate clearly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and screen applicants for Security Guard roles
  • Call candidates and complete initial phone screenings
  • Ask basic qualifying questions based on role requirements
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Follow up with candidates by phone, text, and email
  • Keep candidate information organized and updated
  • Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process
  • Communicate updates clearly with the internal team
  • Help manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline

Requirements

  • Previous recruiting, staffing, call center, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Clear and professional speaking voice
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours
  • Comfortable making outbound calls daily
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to handle a high volume of candidates
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Experience using ATS, CRM, spreadsheets, or scheduling tools is a plus
